Music is my favorite thing in the world and my love of music is closely tied with my love of making kandi. It started when I was a kid and I heard Purple Rain by Prince. That album changed how I felt about music. I had never felt something so intensely while listening to music. From that moment on, I developed a deep love for music.

One day, on a whim, I was given the opportunity to make a beaded bracelet. I didn't know what to pick as inspiration for the bracelet. I had just watched the movie version of Purple Rain and so, I was really hyper fixated on Prince at that time. So, I decided to try making a bracelet based on the song Purple Rain.

I have had a ton of hobbies over the years, but kandi is the only one that I’ve really been consistent with. I lost interest somewhere in later teenage years. Within the past couple years, I’ve regained a love for it along with my love for music. I got into Bring Me The Horizon last year and they really inspired me. I absolutely fell in love with their music and made a whole bunch of kandi singles based on their music.

Most of the kandi that I’ve made is inspired by Bring Me The Horizon, but I hope to branch out and make kandi based on other music that I like. So far, other than BMTH, I’ve made kandi singles inspired by Slipknot, Bad Omens, and Too Close To Touch.
